I am a 10th grader on the Chapel Hill High School team and I have been mountain biking for about 4 years. I got into mountain biking because of my best friend and now I love riding and being a part of this community. When I started biking, GRiT made me feel so much more included and I hope I can help other girls feel just as welcomed. As my Senior GRiT Ambassador project I chose to help take on the role of creating the podcasts with Hadley and Alex so I could spread awareness about the GRiT and mentor programs and build the community while having fun.
