Fix - Ride - Empower: The NC GRiT Mechanical Project
Join the NC GRiT podcast crew and the Senior GRiT Ambassador leads of the GRiT Mechanical Project, Lydia Herrera and Helena Ferebauer as they discuss how female student athletes in NC are working to educate and empower other girls to get their hands dirty learning about their bikes and independently tackling basic bike maintenance and common on trail repairs to keep the adventures rolling! Learn how you can be a part of the movement to get and keep more girls and women on bikes, and ensure they are confident, even when there are unexpected 'bumps' in the trail!
